Q: If I do the Max-IT training, will I end up looking like you?
A: Everyone has a different genetic potential. Max-IT training will help you reach your goals faster. As I say to everyone we talk to in the seminars we conduct at various gyms and fitness centers around Australia, "In regards to training, our bodies are like a high performance car. Going down the quarter mile we want to achieve the fastest possible time. To achieve this we must hit our rev limit in the shortest possible distance and keep going at full throttle." In other words you go hard straight from the start and keep it up. Why start off slowly increasing the revs until you reach full throttle or reach full throttle then lower the revs. In a high performance drag car you wouldn't do that, you would go all the way flatout! Training is no different. Why slowly increase your weights each set or start off heavy then drop the weight each set. With Max-IT training, like the high performance drag car, you go hard all the way in a real quick time. You can reach your genetic potential quicker. Who knows, your genetic potential may allow you to grow faster than me.
